　　4.5 產生并設定 BFL 檔案

　　unix% cd integratr/top_down_lab

　　unix% brains --tempgen

　　執行上述指令，并選擇第三個選項，即可產生 brains_template.bfl 檔案。

　　BFL 檔案包含BIST 電路相關規格設定。使用者可根據實際project需求，來設定。圖4-3及圖4-4為一BFL設定范例。使用者亦可在example case中的reference文件夾找到相關范例檔案。

　　4.6 引用BFL檔案來執行Brains

　　當BFL檔案設定完成時，用戶可執行下列指令來運行Brains。圖4-5和圖4-6為執行過程圖。而相關執行結果和輸出檔，則會輸出至mbist文件夾。其中，包含BIST電路design，合成相關script及模擬所需之testbench。

　　4.7 設定 Memory Info 檔案

　　Memory info 檔案提供使用者自行規劃grouping架構。使用者可根據實際project之需求，規劃想要的grouping架構。該檔案包含下列信息：

　　n Memory module : Memory module name

　　n Clock domain : Memory clock domain and working period

　　n Group : Brians will group the memories

　　n Diagnosis : To decide if the memory needs the full diagnosis feature

　　n Hierarchy instance : Including hierarchy path and instance name of the memory

　　在example case中也提供一范例檔案給用戶參考。請參考reference文件夾中的 BRAINS_memory_spec.meminfo 檔案。

　　4.8 引用Memory Info檔案來執行Brains

　　若使用者想引用編寫好的memory info檔案，則可透過設定BFL檔案中的 memory_list 選項來指定該檔案路徑，并將auto_group 選項設定為no。如圖4-8所示。

　　設定完后，同樣依據下列指令來執行Brains。

　　unix% cd multi_lab/top_dow_lab

　　unix% brains -bfl brains_template.bfl
