基于圖像處理的型坯直徑非接觸測量方法研究

　　4 結論

　　通過攝像機直接拍攝型坯輪廓圖像，運用數字圖像處理技術對采集到的圖像進行處理和分析，實時提取目標的幾何特征，即型坯的直徑分布，可實現型坯直徑的實時在線檢測。但其測量精度會受一些條件的影響，如圖像采集設備的分辨率、光線環境及干擾等。本文針對型坯直徑分布的在線檢測問題進行了討論，它將為實現擠出吹塑成型加工過程質量的實時監控和閉環控制提供可能。
