The MAX8873T/S/R and MAX8874T/S/R low-dropout linearregulators operate from a +2.5V to +6.5V inputrange and deliver up to 120mA. A PMOS pass transistorallows the low, 82μA supply current to remain independentof load, making these devices ideal forbattery-operated portable equipment such as cellularphones and cordless phones.
