LF3鋁合金腐蝕過程聲發(fā)射特性研究

建立了用聲發(fā)射監(jiān)測金屬腐蝕過程的方法，結合LF3鋁合金在不同濃度硝酸溶液中的腐蝕過程聲發(fā)射實驗數據，對聲發(fā)射信號特征參數進行了統(tǒng)計分析和相關分析，得出了LF3鋁合金腐蝕過程聲發(fā)射信號特征參數隨腐蝕介質濃度變化的統(tǒng)計規(guī)律。
Study on Acoustic Emission Characteristic of LF3 Aluminium Alloy Corrosion Process

Abstract：A new method for corrosion inspection with acoustic emission technology is set up. Based on the acoustic emission experimental data of LF3 alloy with different concentrations of nitric acid, statistic analysis and correlation analysis are processed with the characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal, and the statistical law between characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal in LF3 corrosion process and density of corrosive is drawn out.

2Al3），另外還存在MnAl6、Mg2Si相。LF3合金的耐蝕性與β相的析出和分布有關。此外，LF3合金的雜質中，鐵與鋁幾乎不生成固溶體而是形成金屬間化合物FeAl3，Cu進入鋁中形成固溶體，這兩者均會降低LF3的耐腐蝕性。

2 腐蝕聲發(fā)射信號特征參數的分布分析
為比較不同特征參數之間的差異程度，對不同硝酸濃度水平下獲得腐蝕聲發(fā)射信號的特征參數進行相關分析，結果見表2。其中，參數A、R、D、CNTS、E分別為聲發(fā)射信號的幅度、上升時間、持續(xù)時間、振鈴計數和能量。由表2可見，對所有濃度水平，持續(xù)時間、振鈴計數、能量這三個參數的相關性均較強，幅度和振鈴計數也有一定的相關。對10.0%、19.8%這兩個濃度，幅度和振鈴計數、幅度和能量、持續(xù)時間和能量、振鈴計數和能量分別強相關；對5.0%的濃度，持續(xù)時間和能量、振鈴計數和能量分別強相關；對0.1%—3.0%的濃度，持續(xù)時間、振鈴計數、能量三個參數表現(xiàn)為相關，其他的特征參數沒有表現(xiàn)明顯
