美國對集成電路產品及其下游器件啟動337調查，聯想在列

2022年1月26日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投****決定對特定集成電路產品及其下游器件（Certain Integrated Circuit Products and Devices Containing the Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1295）。

2021年12月29日，美國Future Link Systems， LLC of Santa Clara， California向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其專利權（美國注冊專利號7，685，439、8，099，614），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將于立案后45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效并于發布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
