基于S3C44BOX的嵌入式磨削數(shù)控系統(tǒng)

Abstract： This paper presents an embedded numerical control system of grinder，including its design of hardware and software. The controller is S3C44BOX, the operating system is ｕC/OS-II, the machining-information is transferred by USB flash disk, the motor is controlled by PWM mode, the system information is displayed by LCD displayer in the proposed system. It has many advantages such as higher control accuracy, lower cost, smaller volume etc., and meanwhile it is extended and upgraded easily . It befits the reconstruction for traditional machine tool, and also befits the development for economical numerical control system.

本文闡述了一個(gè)嵌入式磨削數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，包括系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。該系統(tǒng)以S3C44BOX為控制器，以ｕC/OS-II為操作系統(tǒng)，以U盤(pán)進(jìn)行加工信息的離線傳輸，以PWM方式進(jìn)行電機(jī)控制，以LCD顯示器進(jìn)行顯示，具有控制精度高，成本低，體積小,易于擴(kuò)展和升級(jí)等特點(diǎn)，是傳統(tǒng)機(jī)床的數(shù)控化改造和經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控機(jī)床開(kāi)發(fā)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
